Fun easy veggie snack for a warm afternoon tea. This was really easy to do and Chef Dom loved it! Plus I felt like a fun mum! Give it a go. All you need is a rip avocado, carrots, a butter (we used sunflower seed butter but you could use any nut butter) with sultanas, cherry tomatoes with cheese and olives and home made mayo.
